About Us
As a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA), Michael  Birk is dedicated to helping seniors improve or maintain the quality of their lives by assisting them with many of the aspects of healthy aging. As a member of the National Advisory Council on Aging in Place, he is a founding member of the Aging in Place Council of Nevada, which is dedicated to generating awareness of the products and services that are available to seniors to enable them to remain living in their homes for as long as possible.In addition, he continuously works to develop and maintain a strong network of senior service providers who can also assist seniors attain their goals of aging in place.

Michael Birk is a graduate of the University of Michigan and received his
MBA in Finance from Michigan State University. With his extensive
experience in mortgage banking, he is able to help seniors obtain a
reverse mortgage, or consider other mortgage options that may be
available to them to improve their current financial situations. As a
member of the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association
(NRMLA), Michael subscribes to the Code of Conduct and Best Practices
Standards. Michael recently has taken the coursework and passed the exam given by the American Society on Aging (ASA) and the American Institute of Financial Gerontology (AIFG) and has become one of a select few in this country with the designation of Registered Financial Geronotogist (RFG).

Michael continually strives to be a valuable resource for seniors, their children, and other professionals who are dedicated to assisting seniors find the solutions that will enable them to achieve their goals of healthy aging.
